Stop losing jobs
you've already won.
Forgotten quotes, missed follow-ups, buried messages. FixFlow keeps every enquiry, job and invoice in one place — from first contact to final payment.

You don't need more leads.
You need to stop losing the ones you have.
Most trades don't lose jobs because they're bad at the trade. They lose them because the business side breaks down.
Forgotten quotes
A customer asks for a price, waits too long, then books someone who responded faster. The job was yours to lose.
Lost details
Addresses, plans and customer notes buried across texts, emails, WhatsApp and paper. Nothing where you need it when you need it.
Slow follow-up
Customers are ready to book, but slow replies and no updates make the business look disorganised. They move on.
One place. Every job. Start to finish.
From the first enquiry through to the paid invoice — nothing falls through the cracks.
Never lose another job in your inbox.
Every enquiry lands in one organised dashboard with the customer name, postcode, job details, messages and next action — so nothing gets buried.

Forgotten what you said? FixFlow remembers.
Every conversation stays attached to the right job — no more digging through texts, emails and WhatsApp to piece together what happened.

Stop jobs falling through the cracks.
Track booked work, progress, notes and next actions without relying on memory, paper diaries or scattered messages.

From job complete to paid invoice.
Create invoices, send them instantly and track every payment in one place — connected directly to the job it came from.

From first message
to paid invoice.
Every stage of the job. One place. Nothing missing.
I start where the job is actually lost.”
Most job management software is built by people who've never watched a trade lose a job to slow admin. FixFlow was built by someone who has — thousands of times.
After years working directly with tradespeople every single day, the pattern was impossible to miss. Jobs lost before a quote was even sent. Customers ghosted. Follow-ups that never happened. Not because the trade was bad at their job — because nothing existed to manage the bit before the job.
Every competitor starts at the quote stage. FixFlow starts at the enquiry. That gap is where trade businesses live or die — and nobody was filling it. So I did.
